THE CARE
The Heartford House is our inpatient center, created for patients who need short-term, around-the-clock care that can’t be provided at home or in another setting. Whether managing complex symptoms or offering a break for caregivers, The Heartford House provides expert medical attention in a peaceful, comforting environment.
With a dedicated team of nurses, aides, spiritual counselors, and social workers, we focus on comfort, dignity, and helping families make the most of their time together.
SERVICES AT THE HEARTFORD HOUSE INCLUDE
The Heartford House offers private rooms, each featuring a covered outdoor patio, providing a comfortable and serene environment for patients. All meals are provided, with snacks and beverages available between meals, and every effort is made to honor each patient’s food preferences. In addition to patient care, education and instruction are available for both patients and their families. The facility also includes a Chapel/Meditation Room for quiet reflection. Family and friends are welcome to visit at any time and may even stay overnight. You're invited to stop by The Heartford House anytime for a tour.
