Summary: Provides hospice and palliative nursing care in the inpatient setting and as needed in patient homes. This role focuses on delivering hands-on care, collaborating with the care team, and supporting patients and families across varying needs and settings.

Certified Nursing Assistant - Part Time (Heartford House)

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7am -7pm

Summary: Provides hands-on assistance with daily needs, comfort, and basic care, working closely with the care team to support both patients and their families. This role requires compassion, strong communication, and the ability to work in a physically active environment.
